0111000_

A new multimedia installation, co-created by multidisciplinary artists Andro Manzoni (HR) and Emilie Largier (FR), immersing audiences in the nervous fragility and complexity of intimacy within a sonic and abstract landscape, where digital, synthetic, and organic forms converge to create a multi-sensorial experience.

In darkness or low-lit environments, the eye must adjust and learn to see differently. The same applies to listening rooms: removed from visual stimuli, the listener is invited into a heightened state of presence, developing a more acute and sensitive quality of listening. Drawing inspiration from Courbet’s L’Origine du Monde, listening rooms, and low-lit museum spaces that preserve fragile objects, this installation is conceived as a breathing sculpture that places intimacy as a state of observation, vibrating between closeness and distance, connection and disconnection. Using subwoofers as instruments and the body as transducers, 011100_ creates a sonic and visual experience in which digital, synthetic, and organic forms converge.

Multimedia performance installation – algorithmic composition, data tracking, electrical muscle stimulation, endoscope camera and hydrophone.
